Subscribe & Save (Subscriptions)

Which shipping method is used for my Subscribe & Save order?
We'll ship your order using economy (5-8 business days), standard (3-4 business days), or express (1-2 business days) methods. You can select your preferred option at checkout!
How do I modify or cancel my Subscribe & Save order?
When you first sign up for Subscribe & Save, you will receive an email notification from customercare@swisse.com confirming your recurring order purchase. Be sure to add customercare@swisse.com to your address book and check your spam and junk mail folders if you do not see the email. Within the body of the email, you will see a link to manage your recurring items. Click the link and you will be directed to a page where you can modify or cancel your subscription.

To quickly access and edit your subscriptions, visit My Account and select My Subscriptions.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I get free shipping?
We offer free Economy Shipping for orders of $50 or more (USA) for both one-time and subscription orders. If your order is $50 or more, please select "Economy" at checkout to receive free shipping.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Swisse.us is a website specific to servicing USA customers at this time.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
We will do our best to accommodate changes within the first 24 business hours of an order. Contact us at customercare@swisse.com with our order information and the correct address and we'll see if we can get it updated for you!

I placed an order but never received my confirmation email.
Please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still are unable to locate your confirmation email, please email our friendly customer service team at customercare@swisse.com and provide your order number so that we may assist you.
When will my order arrive?

***Due to the current global pandemic, there has been a rise in online ordering and shipping. Because of this, shipping may be delayed beyond the day ranges listed below. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, and we appreciate your patience with the local couriers as they do their best to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible.***

Swisse offers 3 shipping method options:

1. Economy Shipping — 4-5 business days
2. Standard Shipping — 2-3 business days
3. Expedited Shipping — 1-2 business day(s)

If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please email our friendly customer service team at customercare@swisse.com and provide your order number so that we may assist you.
Tracking details show that my order has been delivered, but I do not see it.
Please thoroughly check your mailbox or front door area. Sometimes carriers place packages in different places. If your order still has not arrived, please contact the carrier directly.
