SAY GOODBYE TO 2020 WITH OUR 5-DAY DETOX!

So…2020. Yeah. It really wasn’t the brightest of years. In fact, we're ready to put it in the past. For many of us, it was filled with uncertainty, inactivity, negative thoughts and, let’s just say, not the healthiest of foods. And that’s ok — this pandemic is something none of us have ever experienced before and it’s tested us in a lot of ways. But since it’s a new year and we’re getting closer to returning to “normal,” we thought it was the perfect time for a detox. You know, really cleanse 2020 from our systems. What do you say?

(We’re just going to go ahead and assume you screamed “YES!”)

First things first, it all starts tomorrow. And we knew one day wouldn’t be enough, so we’re going at it for five days. It’ll be five days of healthy recipes, mind-clearing workouts and self-care activities to ensure your 2021 gets off to a great start. Here’s Your Grocery List

Day 1 - Almond milk (or milk of choice), spinach, banana, fruit of choice, chia or flaxseeds (optional), Swisse Beauty Collagen (optional), cinnamon

Day 2 - Coconut aminos (or soy sauce), lime, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, 2 lbs chicken breasts, onion, bell pepper, garlic, avocado, tomatoes (optional), goat cheese (optional), avocado oil, salt

Day 3 - Chamomile tea, ginger, lemon, honey, rosemary

Day 4 - Medjool dates, almond flour, cacao powder, desiccated coconut

Day 5 - Plain Greek yogurt, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, eggs, quinoa, sun-dried tomato pesto (or pesto of choice), baby spinach, avocado, goat cheese, toasted sesame seeds, fresh mint
