Take one probiotic capsule plus one vitamin tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended amount. Do not use if allergic to plants of the asteraceae family (ragweed, asters, and chrysanthemums). May cause drowsiness. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
